  Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. Excellent location in the heart of Melbourne City. Comfortable and they even gave a free mid stay linen change which included the bed linen. Check in and check out very easy. Convenient to supermarkets for grocery shopping and it was good to have a kitchen which included a dishwasher.

The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines .   Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Was able to park the car on arrival (in free onsite parking) then didn't need to use it again until we left. - Close proximity to our function. The room was large and well equipped. The hotel had a nice " old world" charm. Much better than a bland motel or apartment.

  Booked a suite which on arrival looked very nice, really spacious, plenty of room for family of 3 however all suites have adjoining doors to the next room and whoever was next door decided to cook a very strong curry which came wafting through the door. Staff helpful at front desk.
