Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family.   It is a good location. Near the free tram and a large super market. And only one block from many stores in China town. Very new looking apartment. Cooking facilities are good. Security is good with a special key needed to enter the building and u.se the evelator. I was able to adjust the cable tv wire to get reception, otherwise a new wire is nee... what people say » ded. We used the washing machine for which clear instrutions are given. - The location is so central and everywhere is walking distance. I like the fact there's security and comfort with the family staying together in same apt. Convenience of washing machine and kitchen facility.

  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a... what people say » bargain, plus "JP" picked me up in the shuttle bus upon my return to take me back to the motel. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would

Although it wasn't that far from very busy Hoddle Street, even with the window open at night, the place was quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noises.   It was comfortable, especially the bed. Being able to have our dogs with us. Off street parking. Was in a very convenient position and easy to get to the city.
