I loved the gourmet breakfast! The owners, Keith and Jane, know just how to make your stay perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. My favourite time of day was the evening, (exhausted from touring), sitting on the deck with a bottle of wine and looking at their beautiful garden.

The location was great, close enough to walk in to Margaret River centre and good location for exploring the region. A great Apartment was roomy and lovely and clean with plenty of equipment to cook with.I didn't come in to contact with staff until check out as we arrived late in the evening. The staff responded very acceptably to an irreversible booking cock up they fully accepted was their responsibility and very adequate recompense made.

Absolutely everything - the accommodation at Heritage Trail Lodge was superb and set in the most amazing garden. It was close to restaurants and shops and walking trails. The customer service by staff was excellent and the breakfasts that showcased local produce were top class. Although situated on the main road there was no disruption to sleep from traffic noise.
