The contemporary self-contained apartments at Central Avenue feature a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living area and a rain shower in a private bathroom. All apartments are decorated with original artwork created by local artists.
Central Avenue Apartments are a 10-minute drive from the famous Margaret River wineries, beaches and art galleries. Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park is 15 minutes’ drive away.

The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. Was very very clean and overall
we were very pleased with it. Kitchen was well-equipped for travellers
who like to do a bit of cooking.
Location was very central and walking distance to local eateries and the Saturday farmers market which was really great. The supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away which is ideal for a self-catering apartment.
Margaret River itself is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the region. In general, we didn't have to dr. all reviews
A very clean, modern and tastefully stylish apartment in the centre of
this lovely small town thriving on tourism, World renown vineyards,
gourmet foods and dining,stunning art and crafts, awe inspiring bush
scenery with caves and coastal vistas with giant waves! Perfect holiday!

The Modern, clean and spacious appartment with all the facilities that
one could possibly want. Very central location - walk to shops and
Margaret River wine region and beaches within short driving distance.

The unit was spacious with its own equiped kitchen. The unit was booked for four but enough plates, cups, cutlery to feed six. Lounge chairs were comfortable. Towels supplied were bath sheets.

The apartment was great, close to town yet quiet. Easy access to all MR attraction. Comfortable and plenty of room. Good self catering facilities.

I hadn't realised that we had to reach the premises before 5pm on a
weekday in order to get the keys from the staff and started panicking
when we got there and the office was closed. However, they texted my
mobile to let me know how to get hold of the keys.
Somewhat lacking in personal touch as we did not see any staff there over the weekend I was there. This is quite common in most self-catering places though.
