The in-house bistro offers an a la carte menu, focusing on traditional favourites and seasonal specials including a large range of gourmet wood-fired pizzas.
All rooms feature en suite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, telephone and TV. The economy rooms are located above the hotel's bar and restaurant. The country-style suites are situated at the quieter end of the hotel.

We were offered a quieter room than the one we booked which was good a little extra $ but worth it. Very comfy and roomie even with king bed. Would definite book in and recommend to others wanting to stay in middle of Margaret river township. Hotel served good food and were open late for dinner which was good as we had a snooze after a big day of travelling. Friendly staff and happy to assist with any queries we had in the motel and the hotel and bistro.all reviews
Easy check in and check out with pleasant staff. We had a king suite, it was a great size with a lounge suite and plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable, we liked the furnishings and overall clean and tidy. Teriffic location in the heart of Margaret River means most restaurants and bars are within walking distance Would definitely book again!!!.
I was touring with a friend from NSW and we were both very impressed with the location and quality of our twin room. The staff greeted us well, the restaurant was superb and the Trivia Night later that evening was very informative too :-) A big thank you to all for making our stay memorable.
Me and my girlfriend went here for valentines for 2 nights, everything was fantastic, we were greeted with friendly service from Reception and a lovely clean room.
I would recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights so you can see Margret river.
Huge room, centrally located. In the heart of town but not noisy. Comfortable bed.
Hotel facilities top-notch. I loved the log fires burning in all the public places. Very warming. Good restaurant and excellent staff. Good value.
Location is good and the customer service is excellent. I booked it online, for some reason, the room catagory did not been display. But staff did it well and change a better room for us.
Rooms very clean , bed very comfy parking was adequate but not secure quiet for the location, reception was very good over all very happy with the Hotel will use again one day.
Excellent location. Rooms were ideal for what we wanted for a girls weekend. Topped off a perfect weekend. Would definitely stay again, even with my young family next time.
The room is fantastically equipped with household items like cutleries. Highly recommended for whoever wants to look for accommodation in Margaret River.
Lovely staff, great spot, great size rooms - stayed a few times and will definitely stay again. Great band at the pub on Sunday arvo too - perfect day.
We liked family suite very much. Beds & linen were clean and kids enjoyed to stay.
Place was close to all facilities and within walkable distance.
Good sized rooms, ample supply of tea, coffee and milk, plenty of coat hangers, all well maintained and clean. Obviously well managed.
Location was great. Right in the heart of Margaret river town. Close to restaurants shops and cafe's. Our room was very quiet too.
Can't complain really. For the price they charged it was very well equipped room. Right above the bistro and it wasn't very loud.

Location was right in centre town. Part of a hotel so meals offered were good.
Floor rugs were very stained and dirty, bathroom was dated and worn.
Parking was a little congested at the rear of the property, however; loads of parking nearer to the main building.
On the Friday night there was live music up until 11:00 pm had trouble sleeping.
Had to ask for towels.
The room was clean and well-maintained, but the bathroom was a bit outdated.
The townspeople seem to have a penchant for leaf-blowers....they were the morning chorus.
facilities need to upgrades, i.e. the TV size is too small, not comformtable for watching.
Hotel restaurant was extremely poor, service was non existent even though we kept asking , some food quality (not Prep) was the worst ever experienced (and I'm well travelled) and the barman well he was down right rude . I will not come back to this restaurant ever.

The person staying in the room prior to us, we believe, had been smoking in the room. Maybe there could be a couple of rooms that are dedicated to smokers? when i got glass for water, the cupboard under he sink smelled like it had been wiped out with a stinky stale cloth : (.

The rooms could probably do with a paint job and maybe some new furniture . Otherwise all good. Large and comfortable suite and friendly staff.

The microwave had paint peeling in the interior and I had to warm the babies bottle in that, I was not too happy about that.
The television was located in the babies room, and we had to watch it thru the entrance, which was a bit silly as the babies were in bed by 7.30, and were woken by the telly a few times.
Getting a bit tired and worn.
Unfortunately the wall separating our room and the next wasn't sound proof so we heard every sound including a small party they had until 2am one morning.
didn't stay long enough in Margaret River, only 1 night.
When we intially entered our room our shower head was broken but was quickly fixed when I made a call to reception...there is nothing bad I would say about this accomodation.
Lack of Asian cuisine in the neighbourhood.
thin walls. didn't get that much sleep with the young couple in the adjoining suite. got woken up at 10pm with loud shouting swearing. doors banging. went on for at least 2-3 hours.

Lack of breakfast facilities being served. Needs a sink next to the eating facilities for filling the water heater and washing crockery (rather than having to go to the bathroom to use its vanity sink.

Wish there was a small stove for us to cook given we were in a family suite. Having internet connection would also be a great service for many younger travellers.

Slightly worn feel to room, but very clean and well serviced.
Unit was tired. Bed had broken legs in middle. Toaster didn't go and it took staff 30 minutes to replace it. No fresh air in room unless the door was left open. Aircon worked OK. Neighbouring room aircon was very noisy - but didn't run all night . No breakfast offered - told to go to local cafes. No internet available - told to go to local cafes.
