Staff - very friendly, good local knowledge of local venues and special events in we visited Overall feel - motel was very clean with modern in room facilities, motel is not new but has been tastefully re decorated to meet holiday stay needs. We loved the way we were greeted when we arrived. Also the way we were given information about the local area.The room was great and everything was a credit to the workers .The manager was a pleasure to deal with.

The proprietors were wonderful and very helpful and went out of their way to help me with a booking for a family member. Our room was a deluxe and was quiet so we were able to rest early as we had early games of Lawn Bowls, our room was ready for when we arrived there tired after a 5 hour trip. Clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. Easy to find and very comfortable. First room given had exploded cola tin in fridge, on pointing this out was immediately moved to Honeymoon Suite. This was the only bathroom on our trip that had a lock on! All very clean. Reasonably quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. central location. For some it may be a little away from the main center but with courtesy buses to clubs etc and if have own car its easy to get around from motel. Nothing ,if you can find better for the price I would like to stay there also . not A thing. nothing. Didn't stay longer. A bit away from cbd area & clubs/hotels, etc requiring trip by vehicle to access. (A minor consideration). The Mirror in the was too high for me as Im a shorter person. Nothing. Bed was a little hard. N/A. A bit run down needs a bit TLC. Showers need a lot of work they don't work as they should cold one minute hot the next has to be the worst part of the stay. Listed individual items to purchase for breakfast, would have preferred a breakfast deal. Lamp over bed was broken. It was a long walk to the centre of town. Uncomfortable bed, overpriced for the time of year and what you got for the price. No hot water for shower. smallest bathroom ever. Definately not deluxe. average motel at higher price than value. The smell in the room from the cleaning products they used was strong we had to book out after two nights of our three night stay as i was unable to sleep because of the throbbing heandaches i had from their cleaning products. No lounge in the room was also a big disapointment. the washbasin was leaking and told the staff and he said he would fix it. also the radio did not work to find a station so i could not go back to sleep at 3 in the morning. the motel is too far from the main part of forster.
