they where very obliging when I asked if we could have a cot in one of the rooms. Thank you. Loved the fact that they didn't just charge my amex credit card without letting me know that there will be a surcharge. very much appreciated. - plenty of space in room - comfy bed - good value for money - in room facilities with flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, etc - very quiet air conditioner.

For an old motel it was cleaner than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Within walking distance to beach shops etc. The location was fantastic, only a minute walk to the main shops and water. The room was comfortable and clean. very close to everything & a lovely place to stay it was our 2nd time & we will go back there again. There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel. need upgrade. Furnishings bit out of date and as a family room would've been too small for a lengthy stay. bit tired. Facilities need upgrading- eg. the fridge would not close properly so was never cold, and the bathroom sink was more like a hand basin so was difficult to brush teeth, wash face there. in a 20+ room motel with only three lettings, one was put above me and one beside.i realise it was to be close to the service room for staff, but a flushing toilet all night above you in a near empty motel is not acceptable. The bed. Too hard and Banana shaped, we kept rolling into the middle. We got what we paid for you. We would have stayed at a more expensive motel but most motels had a 3 night stay only over Easter and we could only stay 2 nights. This was disappointing because we noticed a number of vacant signs at other motels while we were there. At least the Forster Motor inn was happy to rent us a family room for 2 nights only and so got our holiday dollars . The only thing I could find to whinge about is that breakfast wasn't included in our stay. Decor was somewhat outdated, but the staff are working on that. The town itself was not the best, lack of decent places to eat within walking distance to the motel. parking. You need a hand rail in shower for >60 & especially if had hip or knee replacement The soap container also need to be 'push in' not push up for those who have arthritis I couldn't lift up [just bit of OHS ]. Nothing. Carpet spotty. Not a thing. Complimentary wifi didn't work in my room, interior very old and worn down. limited breakfast no daily cleaning service old and broken amenities. Motel was a bit old and tired. there was sticky coke and coffee stains on the bed heads so i suggest the room wasnt cleaned properly. Not the best bed to sleep in, could do with a new mattress as a bit saggy. bathroom needs a lot of repairs. it would have been much better if the rooms are well maintained and tidy/clean. The sinks in kitchen & bathroom very small. There was a large dead cockroach in the bathroom when I arrived.They advertised a heated pool, it wasn't. we asked for our money back and drove back home that night thats how bad it was they had a drunken football team staying there .and the swearing and noise was shocking . i would not stay there or recommend it . The rate charged for a family room for 4 people and a room for a couple was same eventhough the facilities for both was same.
