We did not go to Caloundra to look for pure luxury and spa relaxation at hotels, we needed clean accommodation and what a lovely surprise to have such space after uncomfy minute motel rooms at other places! We could entertain our friends with a meal in our flat without feeling cramped in. The hosts are delightful people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean including the windows. The location is perfect with a short walk to all shops. Good size apartments.Thank you Val and Andrew, we will be back again soon.

We will certainly stay again should the occasion arise.So close to many lovely , reasonably priced cafes too. Lovely location right by the sea. The room was massive with all the facilities you could wish for. Shops and restaurants were well within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking also excellent. The 1 bedroom unit was very spacious and the view from the balcony was terrific. The unit was close to shops and cafes - an excellent Indian restaurant was located in the Belaire Place complex. Location for the Caloundra Music Festival-ie within walking distance. Located very near shops & the beach, as well as the festival, so perfect. The managers were wonderful :)!. It's a beautiful relaxing place to stay by the beach and it's within my budget. So far they have always been accommodating and been lucky to get top floor water views :). Easy walk to beaches and casual shopping. Good ocean view from our apartment despite it being on a lower floor. Shower is over the bath with a curtain and it is very a narrow space. It doesn't make for a comfortable shower. Cannot think of a thing I didn't like. not A thing. Poor lighting in the bathroom and more dishwashing detergent would have been good. The foxtel was a bit hard to operate. nothing. Nothing. Lighting extremely poor. Own laundry would be more convenient. Basic cleaning equipment (cloth, detergent) not supplied. no clean towels every day,. noise from all the bars around hotel on closing time and everywhere you looked people could look into your apartment. No air conditioning in the bedroom.
