  On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking. The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.... what people say » Bathroom very nice, towelling etc thick and soft. The shower was just awesome, terrific pressure! The bed and pillows were just to die for!! It was t - Your staff has the best customer service I have ever come across, especially two of your employees Scott and Jeremiah (reception on the 29th June at 10am). Impeccable and excellent customer service, very professional with a can do attitude. Meriton hospitality, one experience for only four days absolute perfection, Customer care already mentioned, Maintenance staff very polite and keep the room immaculate after every morning, overall experience rate out of a hundred?? 100% Satisfaction, please

  the hotel was centrally located and accessible to buses and ferries. the apartment was beautiful with wonderful views through a wall of windows in both rooms. the furnishings were clean, comfortable and elegant. The facilities were excellent and the cleaning services were superb. Really, everything about my stay was outstanding. I could go on and ... what people say » on - the lifts were quick, there was parking available, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, the aircon and tv etc all worked like a dream - I loved the fact that our sleeping area was separate to our living area - all the amenities were superbly appointed. Lovely kitchen facilities (not that we cooked) and I loved the fact that you had a coffee plunger so we could have a long black first thing in the morning :) Overall we felt that the Meriton offered great value and the location was excellent with the northbank riverside boulevarde being so close. The views from our room were incredible. I would definitely stay here again and high

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

Very clean and comfortable - I may be travelling to Brisbane again towards the end year and will certainly consider they Rothbury for accommodatiion. - The delightful old world ambience but with all of the modern conveniences.   Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again.   I work @ the No1 Luxary Resort on Hamilton Island, so I'm the type to get up high & down low to inspect each and every aspect of Accom I stay in, I would say I'm very Critical: However, apon arrival the; outside: of the building was sercure with key touch entry (or intercom for acess for vistors) clean tidy, very inviting. Room: Large Spacious Modern des - Location was great for walking along the river with close proximity to boardwalks gardens and city., also close to restaurants, bars and ferry transport, which we used to go to New farm Park and the powerhouse. We stayed in a one bedroom which was only a few dollars more than the studio but with much more space. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could recommend mint for longer stays whether business or holidays.

  This was my second stay at Astor Apartments and I intend many more. The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. The Astor Apartments provide excellent, well presented accommodation and apartments have everything you need for a great stay. Views... what people say » from the balcony over Brisbane are a delight - we loved it and we will return!! - We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

  I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain.   The apartment was really beautifully appointed and the ensuite was a treat we don't have at home. Everything worked and the balcony is a really generous size. I was able to check in early as we had dropped the kids off at a concert in the morning which was great after the considerable drive we had had to get there. We had a lovely time. - Amentities were world class, reception staff very helpful, especially upon arrival, one of the staff named Michael was a great help, explained everything clearly an accurately to ensure our stay was smooth as possible. Great value for money in an excellent location. One of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at, I look forward to hopefully staying at the Quattro on my next Brisbane trip.

  The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min walk. We enjoyed being almost across the road from Rom - The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.
