The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. -

I booked for four nights, and felt so comfortable that I stayed for
three more! Quite close to both Dubai and Sharjah airports by taxi, and

I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check
in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional.
The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is
full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good
varieties.

The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays.
Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night.
Citymax Sharjah is cheaper than Dubai branch. -

The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. I liked the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. There were seven of us from one family (3 generation) and every one loved the partments.We tried the gym and love it. appropriate equiptment were provided which suited every ones need. The young ones and myself loved the roof top pool and the staff provided us with towels/

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was quite large and well appointed. There is a personal taxi service which is very affordable, just ask for Massoud, he is reliable and fair priced.

Good - The hotel located in the best area in Sharja, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean, that's why this the second time for me to stay in the same hotel, to me the hotel is located in the heart of Sharja were i can get what ever i want in a walking distance.

you know with all those reviews i have read, i really got scared with their negative feedbackabout the hotel. was thinking if we need to cancel our reservation or not. just the same, we proceeded.i wonder where all those horrible feedback came. it was totally the opposite. + Very accommodating hotel, warm people, especially the Front Office Manager Mr. Mallik;
+ Guest requests are taken seriously and executed well;
+ Food was good and priced well - a limited room service menu, but good nonetheless. The Goan fish curry with steamed rice is a must try!
