The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. -

The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. I liked the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. There were seven of us from one family (3 generation) and every one loved the partments.We tried the gym and love it. appropriate equiptment were provided which suited every ones need. Good - The hotel located in the best area in Sharja, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean, that's why this the second time for me to stay in the same hotel, to me the hotel is located in the heart of Sharja were i can get what ever i want in a walking distance.

you know with all those reviews i have read, i really got scared with their negative feedbackabout the hotel. was thinking if we need to cancel our reservation or not. just the same, we proceeded.i wonder where all those horrible feedback came. it was totally the opposite.
