  μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι βρισκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της Βενετίας, γεγονός που σε διευκολύνει πολυ στις μετακινήσεις - excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon.   We liked absolutely everything. The staff were kind, pleasant and obliging. The decor elegant Italian, the amenities spotless and the bed extremely comfortable.The prices for the bar fridge were very good. The breakfast fresh and delicious. The dining room and cleaning service fantastic. We have never been so impressed with a hotel ever. Plus there was free wifi at the - The rooms were all beautiful and we saw 3 rooms and were allowed to choose. Clean and warm, lovely hot water. Right near to the waterbus stop. The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and couldnt do enough to oblige. The hotel was recommended to us and we have in turn recommended it to others. We even showed our literature we had to the pilot of our aeroplane coming home who was looking for a nice hotel for his daughter ti stay!

  The breakfast was great!!!, the people were very nice and it is located near the touristic places in Venecia. - We like the location , hotel premises, the concerge assistance, hotel food and price and the room itself was good ( ground floor for 4 persons)
