Wonderful! Excellent position in a quiet corner of the Cannaregio but within walking distance of major tourist sites. Easy to find, even at night as only a few minutes from the water bus from Marco Polo Airport. Lovely well equipped bedroom and good breakfast, truly memorable if you can get the table overlooking the canal. Alexandra and her staff are very welcoming.

The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily
stai in Hotel

I would definitely recommend this beatiful hotel to anyone - especially couples- planning to visit Venice. It is very convieniently located on the Grand Canal just opposite the reailway station. This is especially important if you are arriving by train from other cities in Italy. If you chose to fly to Venice directly you can take the bus form airport which stops at 5 min away from the hotel. And the vaporetto is likewise just departs in front of the railway station. We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again

The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed.
