αν και οταν φτασαμε φοβηθηκαμε γιατι ηταν πολυ παλιο απο εξω τα δωματιαηταν πολυ καλα καθαρα αν και απο οτι ειδα την ημερα τησ αναχωρησεισειχαν ξεκινησει εργασειεσ επισκευησ απο εξω τελικα ολα καλα - The staff was extrememly helpful. All spoke excellent English. The breakfast was also top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Note
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » : This visit was in the month of March, so no comment can be made about the comfort of the room in the summer months. - The hotel was excellent and the location superb. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. The room was very nice and continental breakfast fresh and good.

This hotel was fantastic! Do not listen to all the negative reviews and just try the hotel for yourself. The room was lovely and clean, the staff were great and the breakfast was excellent. This was one of the best hotels we have found during our time in europe. - its a very good hotel..near the bus stop and near the city..can just walk around veni

a lovely gentleman from reception desk greeted us when we arrived by coming downstairs and carrying our heavy luggage upstairs to second floor, then gave us a great overview of Venice and helped with directions and how to get around. Also loved our little room overlooking the street, our washroom was beautiful with lovely fresh white towels and

I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.
If you have a huge luggage, I hope you have strong arms because the narrow stairwell requires you to hold the luggage in front or behind you. (one flight up to the reception, and another flight of steps up to the room if you are o

We were asked to call ahead of our arrival so that Alex could be there
to greet us. He was extremely accommodating, giving us a map of Venice
and instructions on taking the bus shuttle to the airport a few days
later. Alex then showed us around the apartment, the design of which was
very nice, with space for 5 to sleep, an oven, hob and towels, as well
as other little essentials such as washing up liquid. There is a Co-op

The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new. It was nice to have a tv. We had a lovely view over the garden. A great plus was being so close to Piazale Roma, but at the same time we were so central
