The atmosphere and the staff were warm and friendly. We felt welcomed and really taken care of. I use to work in the same business and I can tell that people make a huge difference. We had a great time, so thank you Hotel Villa Rosa. Great job and we may sometimes come back. -

The location was great only a short walk from the pizzale Roma where we got the bus to and from the airport. Also just a short walk into the main attractions grand canal, st marks square. The staff were really helpful and friendly and were even sympathic when we did t arrive till late on the Monday night due to a delayed flight. -

The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.
