As many reviewers comment, the entrance is sparse at best. The entrance
is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't
sure why some reviewers comment harshly on the stairs... It is Venice
and there are stairs in just about every hotel! The rooms are fairly

Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -
Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good. Absolutley stunning views, perfect location (4 minutes to P Le Roma, but quiet near a church and a wonderful square with fantastic restaurants and great service). We arrived at 23:00 and were greated with a smile. They even provided us with a selection of breakfast cereals and croissants as a "present." I will only stay here; great views of the

The owners of the hotel were very good in keeping in touch with me to see what time I will arrived so they could be there.

μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι βρισκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της Βενετίας, γεγονός που σε διευκολύνει πολυ στις μετακινήσεις - excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with perfect location. Mr.Hugo, the owner, is very helpful person. We liked very much this apartment and we were really very happy there. Everything was perfect. I have already recommended this accommodation to my friends.

The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it!
We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!)
We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"
