This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The price was reasonable and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel is quiet with only 11 rooms and we were able to come and go as we pleased with lots of

Absolutley stunning views, perfect location (4 minutes to P Le Roma, but quiet near a church and a wonderful square with fantastic restaurants and great service). We arrived at 23:00 and were greated with a smile. They even provided us with a selection of breakfast cereals and croissants as a "present." I will only stay here; great views of the

The owners of the hotel were very good in keeping in touch with me to see what time I will arrived so they could be there.

We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is
perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A
grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply.

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff

μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι βρισκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της Βενετίας, γεγονός που σε διευκολύνει πολυ στις μετακινήσεις - excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. The Room was large and spacious with tea and coffee making facilites a sink and fridge as well as large wardrobe and a comfy bed and power shower. 100 % recomm

Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.
