The whole ambienceof the Hotel appealed to me, I really enjoyed a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar, I thought it was very cosy and comfortable. - The friendliness of staff,the very good menu,and a very competative bar price.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful , we wanted to go for dinner in city so the clerk at reception recommended and booked us a lovely restaurant which was exactly what we were looking for . The Metropole hotel didnt look that much approaching from a distance but did we get a shock when we checked in and saw our rooms,the pool,and the breakfast was amazing. The location of the Imperial Hotel is great for getting out and about in Cork. Nearby are so many bars and fabulous restaurants. The Escape Spa in the hotel is superb - you must give it a try! - The room felt very comfartable and was very stylish.Staff was very helpfull.

The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay and we were able to check in early, before 12, into a large spacious room. The food quality was very good as were the prices. The hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping street in Cork and the surrounding area was quiet. The leisure facilities are good although the locker area needs an up

The apartments are in a fantastic position in the city you can walk anywhere,this was my first time trying an apartment and i would recommend Westview to anyone they are like a home from home all the facilities you need - Lovely rooms, clean and tidy. Food was excellent.

I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me.

All of the staff were extremely friendly,courteous and polite. This is our 2nd time here and we probbaly wouldnot stay anywhere else in the future.

in an excellent manner.

The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful. Taxi's were available within minutes (receptionordered them for us and they arrived right outside the door) and it wasonly a short spin into the city centre. - The reception staff were so courteous and helpful, I could not fault anything about the hotel, well
