It was easy to find from Shannon Airport. It was welcoming, warm and the room was spotless and had everything we would want for a very good night's sleep. Staff most helpful. - They allowed me book in before the allocated booking time in order to facilitate a quicker check when I returned to the hotel after midnight to take my room.

The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The People's Park across of the hotel is bea - Staff were all very helpful and friendly from first impressions at check in and right throughout our stay. Restaurant was really good with a very high standard of food and service. One of the top 3 fine dining restaurants in Limerick in my opinion. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
