It was easy to find from Shannon Airport. It was welcoming, warm and the room was spotless and had everything we would want for a very good night's sleep. Staff most helpful. - They allowed me book in before the allocated booking time in order to facilitate a quicker check when I returned to the hotel after midnight to take my room.

our room was lovely and cosy. The rooms were exceptionally nice - bright spacious and nicely decorated. There were lots of areas within the hotel to sit and relax and have a chat. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff.
