Staff: very friendly & helpful -- called for taxis and gave us information on the area.
Had a triple room which was spacious with high ceilings and a bay window -- very charming. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with tea/coffee/sugar.

Donnybrook location is great -- bus stop a block away, and only 10 minutes north you're downtown, 10 minutes sout - Everything was fantastic, the staff went over and beyond what they were required to do. I was very impressed and left with a fabulous well cared for feeling. You have a great place, very comfortable beds and quiet location. The buses were very easy to get also and handy with all the conveniences over the road. Thanks for a 5* experience. I will definitely be recommending it to others. :)

it was very quiet and for this reason we were able to have a good nights sleep where in other hotels this is not the case. and it was very close to the city which was a big plus we were able to walk there and also the staff were so lovely and friendly. - The staff were really nice and friendly!!! My friend and I arrived at around 10.20am, we were soaking wet from the morning downpour and there was a twin room ready, they checked us in straight away. The bar was lovely, great service and reasonably priced, tasty food. We went to Dublin for a concert, if we had to go again, we would def stay at the Mount Herbert Hotel again. Thanks very much.

The Waterloo Lodge was ideal for my stay as it was 10 minutes walk to
rds and to Marion Square (start location of the Dublin city Marathon). I
traveled with my wife and our two kids (3 & 5 years old) and the
family room we had was ideal, plenty of space. Staff were very
accommodating and breakfast was excellent. All in all, we had a pleasant
3 nights stay in the Waterloo lodge.

Lovely old bulding in nice area of Dublin , very friendly and helpful receptionist , our suite on top floor was amazing , we loved four poster bed and wonderful hot tube. There was selection of dvd's to watch , air condition , well equiped kitchen and even sauna in the suite ! Balcony and special room with pc and even printer were there too. Lovel

We are regular visitors to Dublin and always stay at the Roxford Lodge. The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble...even arriving early in the morning. Tea and coffee is available all day. And the breakfast is something else. There is secure car parking. The hotel is very convenient for the city centre, the RDS, the O2 and the Bord Gais Theatre. in an excellent area in south Dublin including car parking space at rear - I would recommend this exemplary accommodation to anyone.
