  Staff: very friendly & helpful -- called for taxis and gave us information on the area. Had a triple room which was spacious with high ceilings and a bay window -- very charming. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with tea/coffee/sugar. Donnybrook location is great -- bus stop a block away, and only 10 minutes north you're downtown, 10 minutes sout - Everything was fantastic, the staff went over and beyond what they were required to do. I was very impressed and left with a fabulous well cared for feeling. You have a great place, very comfortable beds and quiet location. The buses were very easy to get also and handy with all the conveniences over the road. Thanks for a 5* experience. I will definitely be recommending it to others. :)

  The room was suprisingly large, clean and bright, and it was equipped with lcd TV, powerful hairdyer and tea or coffee making facilities. For those who love tea, it should be added that tea was of really good quality, and it definitely added extra smile on our face! I bet everyone else have already praise - The Waterloo Lodge was ideal for my stay as it was 10 minutes walk to rds and to Marion Square (start location of the Dublin city Marathon). I traveled with my wife and our two kids (3 & 5 years old) and the family room we had was ideal, plenty of space. Staff were very accommodating and breakfast was excellent. All in all, we had a pleasant 3 nights stay in the Waterloo lodge.

  Lovely old bulding in nice area of Dublin , very friendly and helpful receptionist , our suite on top floor was amazing , we loved four poster bed and wonderful hot tube. There was selection of dvd's to watch , air condition , well equiped kitchen and even sauna in the suite ! Balcony and special room with pc and even printer were there too. Great - Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat.
