  Our two rooms were adjacent in a modern purpose built group in a quiet location away from the busy A140 - which we could not hear at night. All the usual facilities were provided in the rooms and were to a good standard. Individual heating controls in the bedroom and bathroom effectively allowed comfort and warmth on a cold spring day.   My family liked everything about this accommodation. Especially the warm welcome and the small added touches that the owner thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. - Really liked the room, was very quaint and comfy.

  Staff was accomodating and understanding as we had our daughter with us. The staff switched rooms to make us more comfortable.   We had a code to get in if we came in late (we went to a concert at Snape Maltings (which is less than 2 miles away) then sat outside on the picnic benches and had a late snack and a glass of wine in the warm night - bliss.
