My family liked everything about this accommodation. Especially the warm welcome and the small added touches that the owner thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. -

Staff was accomodating and understanding as we had our daughter with us. The staff switched rooms to make us more comfortable. Hot breakfast was a real treat. - Great hotel, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast! Wehave stasyed here several times before and are never disappointed, wewill be back.

We had a code to get in if we came in late (we went to a concert at Snape Maltings (which is less than 2 miles away) then sat outside on the picnic benches and had a late snack and a glass of wine in the warm night - bliss. Very handy for Orford too and lots of walking and cycling tracks at the doorstep -

Frendly efficient staff and everything is very clean. It's not the least stuffy and you feel at ease there. An encouraging price structure sympathetic to what for many people are hard pressed times. An alternative for me would have been to have made two 200mile car journeys in one day rather than one -

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was superb.the bed was really comfortable. we stayed in a kinda annex the room was called Southgate. It was really comfortable. There was a DVD called "Whatever happened to Dunwich" that was entertaining! The meal at night and breakfast was fabulous...and "Mine host" was helpful and friendly....Plenty of free parking and the beach 2 mins away...I'm sure we will stay again

Almost everything, really! Very convenient location for us, nice and quiet, unpretentious, extremely clean and comfortable room with plenty of space and large bed, immaculate shower/bath/WC room, very pleasant Beefeater next door again with unpretentious but tasty menu. Lovely place, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and what a lovely surprise to see Molton Brown products in the bathroom - something you would normally get in a 5 star hotel. It was immaculate and I would definitely book again. - A fantastic hotel. Lovely welcoming and accommodating staff; a room that was quiet, comfortable, spacious and with a fabulous shower (not to mention Molton Brown toiletries); a quaint little restaurant (make sure you book for dinner); good location with easy parking off road. Very little to fault!

The hotel is only 20min drive from Cambridge, and although we worried about the car park, it is right in front of the hotel and very easy to access. Staff were very helpful - especially Simone on Reception. All staff were friendly and welcoming - including chamber maids and staff in the restaurant. Good value and lovely breakfast. Easy for a family with the restaurant on site.
