  We had a very friendly welcome from Liz who once showing us our room brought us a tray of tea and coffee and her homemade cookies. The room also was very clean exactly as the photos show. We were also asked our preference on breakfast and what time we would like. There was also unlimited refreshments in the room.   What a wonderful place to stay. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Michael and Christine . Nothing was a bother or to much to ask for. Every evening we returned to a roaring fire in the lounge and every morning we looked out on the gardens while choosing from the wide variety of breakfast offerings all of which were outstanding.   If there is a better B&B in the UK, we would be very surprised. The hosts, Karen and Paul are charming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The rooms are uniformly excellent (particularly the showers), elegant and quiet. One can sit outside at one's personal garden table, overlooking a well-kept garden. Decoy Barn is exceptionally well situated for anyone wish - We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

  This B&B is by far the warmest and most beautiful B&B I have ever stayed! I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the owners and a cosy warm log fire in the background. The rooms are large, very clean and have a lovely rustic feel to them. I loved this B&B so much I am now booking - David offered to drive me to the local pub and collect me when I had finished because I had been driving in thick fog in the dark and was nervous of going out in it again (and I needed some dinner). I settled on staying put and he kindly made me a sandwich to keep me going until my lovely breakfast the following morning. Thanks David x
