The Capital-Inn provides good, low-budget accommodation in Reykjavik.
The hotel is not in city center and you need to take a bus or a cab to
go there. On the other hand, the location is excellent if you have a car
and the hotel provides free parking. We stayed two times in a triple

highway, even though I asked for a room which faces the yard. On the
other hand we didn't have much trouble with noise from the highway –

We checked in really late which was not a problem. we we dead tired and found the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel.
The pace was peaceful and quiet, which was great since we were traveling with our 2 young children, 3 years old and 2 months old.
Breakfast the next morning was very nice.
Will definitely stay here again!
