  I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

  Läget, närhet till mässan och flygplatsen - We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. The reception staff were most helpful in giving us exactly what we asked for in a room with a bed and sofa bed and a walk in shower we were comfortabl... vad folk säger » e room service was good and food was served hot. - Ease of access to the NEC--- 2 minutes walk through terminal 1 to the mono rail which runs every 2 minutes. A one minute ride and then 10 minute, moslty covered walk.

  Helpful but unobtrusive staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Leisure facilities were excellent. Food was sublime - excellent standard of customer service,wonderful staff and excellent facilities-definitely will be returning

  We were able to book in an hour early and not only that, the ownersGiovanni and Barbara, even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost as itwas available! The room itself was fantastic - very clean, comfortableand tasteful. The beds were so comfy and well dressed. We were just soimpressed. The tea/coffee facilities were plentiful too which struck me... vad folk säger » as unusual. The breakfast was excellent!! - Comfortable, clean rooms; friendly owners; good breakfast; choice of teas in the bedroom tea-making kit; quiet location, with large car park, convenient for driving into the town centre.
