  The Arden Hotel is perfectly positioned opposite the Avon river and theatre and close to town. Plenty of free parking. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room, a Superior Double, infact had a huge King size bed, extremely comfortable with lovely pillows, spotlessly clean with a large ensuite, although we knew there was a shower over ... vad folk säger » the bath the bath has high sides so could be differcult for some people to get into. And lastly the cooked English breakfast was very tasty, in all a - One of the best hotels we have tried. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We had a good nights sleep with no noise from other guests, which is unusual in hotels. We found the location excellent, right near the theatre and the town centre. We would happily make a return visit.

I booked a executive room which was a good size and had a nice big bed, the room was no. 4, I would recommend it, it had a nice outlook, I cannot comment on std rooms.   The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. Would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a train or flight out of Birmingham international as although it is next door to the train station, airport, NEC and a busy road you couldn't hear much noise when the wi... vad folk säger » ndow was opened unlike at the hotels in the airport while watching the wildlife outside eat and play during the day and night. - The staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. The hotel was lovely and our twin room was gigantic!! There were more of our party staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such great value for money too. Please thank all the staff, best customer service I've had in ages! :-)

  The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

  We explored the fabulous grounds it was situated in and the surrounding area. We also made use of the swimming pool,jacuzzi,steamroom and sauna and restaurant. - The atmosphere and history of the hotel is wonderful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly make the trip again soon.

  I liked that it was pet friendly as we had a dog with us. The rooms were large, clean and modern and we had no problems with noise from the service station close by as I thought we might. - the fact that the cleaning staff handed in a gold ring we thought was lost and the staff called me on my mobile to let me know. Great service!
