We were able to book in an hour early and not only that, the ownersGiovanni and Barbara, even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost as itwas available! The room itself was fantastic - very clean, comfortableand tasteful. The beds were so comfy and well dressed. We were just soimpressed. The tea/coffee facilities were plentiful too which struck meas unusual. The breakfast was excellent!!.

A lovely bandb, gracious hosts and an excellent breakfast. The room wascomfortable and nicely presented.friendly owners, good parking, off road,good position for visiting Stratford. the room was lovely, the owners really friendly and the breakfast gorgeous!. Giovanni the owner was wonderful. The breakfast was spectacular. The facility was quaint, comfortable, and convenient. This was our best lodging in Europe during our two week stay. The staff were very welcoming and even gave us a free lift intoStratford, the cooked breakfast was great. It was a lovely home fromhome and we would stay there again.The hospitality was spot on. The proprietors could not have done more to make me feel more welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them, Thoroughly recommended!. the friendliness of the propritiers. Friendly staff. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. Smallest bathroom I have ever been in. For a guest house the room was cold on checking-in and took sometime to warm up. Basic facilities and a little outside of city centre.a little basic - decor old fashioned. Breakfast wa a little to early 8-9am! on a Sunday! so much for a restful weekend!, but it was worth getting up for!We had no problems with the showersas earlier reveiwers had intimated.-. Its location and services were not as I expected from the description and where the 4 star,silver award fitted in I have no idea! It was a good 30 minute walk from the town centre of Stratford on a very busy noisy road, the description of the babbling brook and warm welcome was to say the least over emphasised! It was also very noisy until midnight. It is a verey ordinary BandB, nothing special and attractive, not worth 4 stars.
