  Nytt och fräscht, bättre standard än de flesta hotell i UK. - The hotel was in pristine condition, the decor was appealing and felt much more luxurious than the price!   The disabled room was for my 88 year old mother and the design was very good. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, especially Karen and Lorraine. My mother was cold during the night and could not work out the heating. Hence she didn't sleep very well. When she mentioned this to reception they apologised, refunded her the nigh... vad folk säger » t's costs, immediately sorted out an extra heater for her and another duvet. No one could have done more. The security was very good. Reception were - I can't fault a thing, the room was warm, clean & really comfortable, plenty of space for the 3 of us (1 adult & 2 children 7 & 9) but the crowning glory is the staff here. The 2 receptionists I encountered were genuinely lovely, their customer service was far beyond my expectations. They were both really kind to the kids & should be highly commended for their communication skills &approachable manner. The personalised letters from Santa were a nice touch. Also passed severa
