  The hotel was fantastic! If you are just looking to stay and not go out,you have everything you need. There are two bars, one with a restaurantarea and another sports bar with plasma screens. As the weather wasnice, I just sat on the patio. - Very impressed! Excellent value for money!   The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a lovely room, and we had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very tasty and good value for money at £15.50 for two courses, The room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was lovely and modern.   We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Just what I wanted to wake up to on my Birthday! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, tv and coffee/tea making facilitie... vad folk säger » s. The en suite bathroom was clean. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and the owner, who served breakfast the following morning, was very frien - Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street. Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares. Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc. Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton
