  I loved our one night stay at The New Inn because of where it was situated in Winchelsea. A lovely place. The food was delicious and the breakfast substantial. The landlady was very attentive. I would love to go back. - Value for money, clean, location,.very friendly, good food. Highly recommended if you are in the area !

  the independence ....i find some B&B's a little difficult to relax in ...really felt like we had our own space/ retreat....all be it in the back garden! Also the fact that you could book just 1 night ...on a bank holiday weekend nr brighton this is a rare find ...hence 'budget friendly' status! Friendly, welcoming and really convenient ...woul... vad folk säger » d definitely go back. - I was met with a warm & friendly welcome, and as a solo lady visitor, I felt completely safe and comfortable. The Studio was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and within easy walking distance to explore either the South Downs or the Town Centre. I would highly recommend, and I hope to return next September for a couple of nights. Thank you.

  The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area. The room was fine for our needs with nice touches of luxury bathroom products and free water etc. Very enjoyable experie... vad folk säger » nce and we will definitely stay there again. - Excellent room

  Personlig service. Hotellet känns väldigt privat för att vara ett hotell - Really friendly staff, nice touches in the room such as a bowl of mints/sweets and complimentary crisps. Fantastic view, great location overlooking regency square and seafront. Gorgeous bathroom with double whirlpool bath and Molton Brown toiletries. Delicious breakfast too.... vad folk säger » Standard room at any other nearby hotel would've cost the same for far less glamour. Will definitely stay again. - Can't fault a single thing had an absolutely fantastic stay far tooshort could have stayed there for longer than our 2 night stay, the roomwas decorated in old world charm complete with 4 poster bed and jacuzzi,staff and service was really excellent, would stay there again anytime.

  The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a lovely room, and we had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very tasty and good value for money at £15.50 for two courses, The room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was lovely and modern.   We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Just what I wanted to wake up to on my Birthday! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, tv and coffee/tea making facilitie... vad folk säger » s. The en suite bathroom was clean. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and the owner, who served breakfast the following morning, was very frien - Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street. Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares. Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc. Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

  We enjoyed a lovely weekend break at this beautiful location, the hotel decor is very inviting and luxurious. The hotel food is exceptional and we couldn't fault the service at all. - Nice Hotel, clean, luxurious and palacial, good location not far from seafront with access to most of brighton either a short walk or taxi drive away.
