This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! The hotel is in a perfect location, with wonderful views of the sea, pier and the Brighton Eye. The hotel is spotless throughout, and the rooms are wonderfully equipped! The bed was huge, and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite wetroom a delight. There were thoughtful touches everywhere- a coffee machine, lovely biscuits, and chocolate; bath robes and toiletries; a smart tv and WiFi....

The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. I ll reccommed it and stay again if visiting Brighton, even with friends.

The personal attention from the staff was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble from when we arrived ( offering to carry the bags etc ) to ensuring the room was O/K for us ( managing to provide the type of room we requested ), to meeting all our needs at breakfast and checking we were happy with our stay there prior to departure. - Excellent

The hotel is convenient for the town and the beach, being opposite the old pier. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was brilliant and kept us going for most of the day until tea time.

the kindness shown to my Mother of 93 and myself was excellent.The cleanleness of this hotel was the best I have ever had maybe cleaner than my own home.I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting a small hotel. - The breakfasts were excellent! The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

My 4 day stay was sad for me as my sister ,was trasferred to a hospice near by ,after a sudden and terminal illness.the staff were excellent,and gave us space.The food excellent and we were able to eat in peace.I spoke to the manageress and her children were very polite.however sad these things are life and normality has to go on. sadly she died

Bathroom lovely and clean, big comfy bed,clean towels and plenty of hot water. Also a large flat screen t.v. and free view box. We ate in Restuarant down stairs and the range of food was more than adeqaute for an Inn. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jane was very welcoming and helpful and made me feel right at home. The room and shared bathroom were spotless (something that is rare in budget accommodations. The bedding and deco was really nice in the room. The breakfast was made to order and high quality. I would definitely stay again.
