We liked everything about this hotel. The reception staff were organised, friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was ready by 12 noon, was spotlessly clean and well equipped with huge bath sheets, ample toiletries, gowns and slippers. We had complementary sparkling water, orange juice and chocolate. A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

Absolutely fantastic accomadation, loads of room in our two bedroom apartment no.58 we were both extremely happy with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accomadation. Would highly recommend and have already told all my friends about it and will be returning to stay city apartment in the future ideal location for shopping in the bullring

The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.

trevlig personal - Very friendly lady on reception; lovely clean comfortable room, very spacious. Very clean bathroom! The rooms were large and of a high standard. The view of the canal and Mailbox complex was superb. The staff were outstanding - posting me on my cashmere scarf I had left in reception when I checked out!
