  From the booking process through to our check in all was first class. The apartment had superb views over city and was just the perfect location to explore birmingham. Couldn't fault the friendly and knowledgeable service, the apartment was really well kitted out with the basics and also non essentials - really good hair dryer, even dishwasher tablets and we especially loved the Molton Brown shampoo! Views over the city centre were brilliant. Great location too - not far from anything. Brilliant weekend and our home for the weekend could not have been better!

  Came to Birmingham for the Footman James Classic Motor Show and decided to stay on an extra day to sightsee. This hotel was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, staff superbly friendly, and the room was whisper quiet. This is important because it's only a block off the main drag, so thought it might be noisy.   I loved the lighting and the set up of the rooms vey clean and welcoming. I love the walk in shower and bathroom set up. The bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. The breadkfast was really enjoyable and staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was happy that the wifi was free and easy to use. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. Not as clean as it could be, in this bracket the bathrooms and floors should be immaculate. B

  Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in ensuite. Decor in whole hotel was smart and in relaxing hues. Breakfasts were superb and on hearing how much I enjoyed the poached eggs and said I could never achieve them like that the Chef on duty took us into the kitchen and demonstrated how to make the perfect poached egg. It felt like staying in a hotel run by a family rather t - I took my mum to a concert at the nia as a birthday treat. The hotel was only 10 min walk from the nia, with plenty of restaurants to eat at around Brindley Place. The Bullring was within easy walking distance. Beds were so comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely with excellent choice! Will definitely be staying again and would recommend to friends and family.

They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham.   We stayed there 5 years ago and decided to stay again as it was such a convenient and friendly venue. We went out for a celebration dinner on Friday evening and I happened to mention that it was our 53rd wedding anniversary. We've travelled all over the world and wouldn't have expected that kindness even from a 5 st - My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.
