Plenty of room and extremely well equipped, with a manager (Daniel) who went to the trouble of coming round and sorting out the television so that we could watch it, rather than, as one might have feared, ignoring our request on the grounds that it was after hours and he could be off home! We'll definitely stay again next time. - the location was exellent for the city, the accomodation was the best that we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few over the years. easy check in and out. info and facilities in the apartment were second to none even down to the first aid box which i needed to use. pure luxury compared to some places. will certainly use these apartments again.

Wonderful stay and from the moment we were shown to our home for the weekend, it was perfect. Couldn't fault the friendly and knowledgeable service, the apartment was really well kitted out with the basics and also non essentials - really good hair dryer, even dishwasher tablets and we especially loved the Molton Brown shampoo! Views over the city centre were brilliant. Great location too - not far from anything. Brilliant weekend and our home for the weekend could not have been better!

Would definitely stay here again and r - A well positioned hotel in the delightful Brindley place close to the canal street development with its variety of shops, fine restaurants and cultural centres. The hotel is well designed with well appointed and good sized rooms. Despite its position it is very quiet. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

I took my mum to a concert at the nia as a birthday treat. The hotel was
only 10 min walk from the nia, with plenty of restaurants to eat at
around Brindley Place. The Bullring was within easy walking distance.
Beds were so comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely with
excellent choice! Will definitely be staying again and would recommend
to friends and family.

Very comfortable and quiet, but everything seems tied down as if it is a
venue for stag and hen parties, so there is a shortage of essentials
like shower caps/etc and poor offerings of Teas and coffees in the
bedroom. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and
all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night
stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. Not as clean as it
could be, in this bracket the bathrooms and floors should be immaculate.

I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel. My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

Superb hotel. Stayed 1 night on a business trip, rooms spotlessly clean, hotel obviously has just been refurbished as everything is brand new.
Location is very central, close to business district and shopping. Staff very friendly, breakfast had a good selection.
