We liked everything about this hotel. The reception staff were organised, friendly, welcoming and efficient. A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

L'appartamento è ben arredato,curato e piecevole.E' in centro a solo 300 mt. dalla stazione New street.E' ideale per una piecevole sosta alla citta'.La cucina e' ben attrezzata con ogni suo bene,per quanto riquarda la camera n.51 locigamente. - la localizzazione centrale dell'hotel, le camere, ampie e confortevoli.

The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.

The rooms were large and of a high standard. The view of the canal and Mailbox complex was superb. The staff were outstanding - posting me on my cashmere scarf I had left in reception when I checked out!
