  We liked the position as we were eating & shopping around the Mailbox. We really enjoyed relaxing & playing in the spa pool - wish we had brought our gym kit too. The view from the restaurant and the quality of the breakfast.   The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

  The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from New Street Station and is ideally located near to Broad Street, Gas Street, The Mailbox , New Street and The Basin. We stayed in a Queen Club room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was very modern in its design and interior decoration. The bathroom was very modern and the shower ha - The staff couldn't help you enough,. Hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.

  The rooms were large and of a high standard. The view of the canal and Mailbox complex was superb. The staff were outstanding - posting me on my cashmere scarf I had left in reception when I checked out!   Plenty of room and extremely well equipped, with a manager (Daniel) who went to the trouble of coming round and sorting out the television so that we could watch it, rather than, as one might have feared, ignoring our request on the grounds that it was after hours and he could be off home!   I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel.
