  Came to Birmingham for the Footman James Classic Motor Show and decided to stay on an extra day to sightsee. This hotel was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, staff superbly friendly, and the room was whisper quiet. This is important because it's only a block off the main drag, so thought it might be noisy.   I loved the lighting and the set up of the rooms vey clean and welcoming. I love the walk in shower and bathroom set up. The bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here
