  The staff were very friendly and easy access to facilities like the guest laundry and indoor pool. Units were spacious especially for a young family as ours. We loved the fact that the motel was central to places like the supermarket, shops, Hamilton town centre etc. We had forgotten a wallet in our unit the day we checked out and the owners were ... o que as pessoas dizem » very gracious to post this back to us. Following the booking, our host ensured we had information about accessing the keys to our room should we arrive late for check in. All in all very helpful .

  The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable.The pool and spa great for the us to swim in with our grandchildren. Very central to most things.The staff at reception were most helpful in putting us in two units close to one another. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.
