The location was perfect, very handy to the supermarket, places to eat and to the city. Following the booking, our host ensured we had information about accessing the keys to our room should we arrive late for check in. All in all very helpful .

Very affordable accomodation. Peaceful and quiet accomodation away from
the main roads - you don't emphasise this enough in your advertising
as many of the others we considered all ended up being on/near main
roads. Close to 'The Base' for restaurants and shopping. Fresh
towels each day. Sky tv movie channel. -

The friendly helpful services at reception and throughout our stay. Immaculate rooms and conditions of premises was first class. There was a wonderful atmosphere and a good feel overall. It is up there with some of the best accommodations we have experienced around the world.

Was great!!! an very organised for my after hours arrival, staff very pleasant, smile, I would book there again, nice view to Pack n Save wasn't sure how close I was to a shop for conveniences. -
The hotel manager worked tirelessly from dawn till dusk to make sure that everyone was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Hamilton @ the Atrium. We felt the rooms were
well appointed, comfortable and clean. We do however wish we would
have had the opportunity to have a/c in the room as we found them
to be quiet warm when we visited in Feb. The staff were helpful and

The gentleman who booked us in could not have been more helpful, great tips, the room was very comfortable and the bed was terrific would have liked to stay longer but the motel was fully booked and I can understand why...highly recommend

We dealt with Bill who was friendly and polite and down to earth and made us feel very welcome. We loved that our room had a proper sized spa tub (rather than a jetted "spa bath" as alot of places have). The cooked breakfast was delicious and hot and bang on time. Hamilton, which is the city's new hotbed of clubs and hip
restaurants right off the river walk. The room was huge but right on the
main drag and we worried about the noise from the street (the local team
had just won an important rugby match and the party was raging). There

I loved the old style boutique hotel and the room was lovely. The
reception staff were great in helping me get to where I needed to go and
so was the night man who let me in at 12.30am after my function. Being
on my own I really apprecited that I had no problems with being left out
of the carpark in the dark.

Friendly helpful couple who went out of their way to assist. Provided soap powder so that we could use the guest laundry, including use of a washing machine and dryer. As well I had a flat tyre on my car which the proprieter and his young son came and changed for me.

The hotel was close to the main city center. The staff were very
helpful and made our first night stay in New Zealand a pleasure after
coming in from Australia. The owners also went out of their way to
assist us to find a camera that had been left at the Auckland Airport.
They went to the airport to pick it up for us so that our holiday would
not be spoilt.

Friendly staff, not too far from city center, large room, kitchenette, good value for money, free wifi. We even were given a ride to bus bus station. We were late in getting our request request in for a hot breakfast, but the staff still prepared it with a smile. When we checked in, we were offered beverages and milk - very much appreciated. -
