These hosts have "got it right" well above average -
We were very fortunate to spend our first night in nz here - we just
wish it had been longer. The welcome we received was very warm, and we
were offered not just tea, but a pre-dinner snack, as we last eaten at
breakfast time. We preordered dinner which was delicious, and breakfast
was just as good. The house is in a lovely position with delightful
gardens overlooking the race course, and our room was extremely
comfortable.

meet a wonderful hostess who will do anything for you (this included

Pauline and Dennis were the perfect hosts and they really have the most
amazing B&B. The view was spectacular (what a sunset!), breakfast
was delicious and the place itself is immaculate. Honestly, we could not
have imagined the genuine kindness and warmth that the hosts showed us.
We wanted to stay another night but could not cancel or other hotel, so
we'll just have to go back to Thames!

Everything.we were met at door,made very welcome with a drink and then shown to a lovely small apartment with wonderful views. Breakfast excellent next day. Would highly recommend. Steve and Julie are wonderful hosts. -
