The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We were staying with a large family group who were all attending a family wedding in Petersfield. We had quite a few young children in our group and we thought that the pub was very family friendly and had good facilities for young children. I would highly recommend this pub. We really enjoyed our stay at The Elizabeth House Hotel. Our double room was lovely, very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, in particular the young lady who checked us in at the front reception desk. After being in the hotel no more than a few minutes I knew that I would definitely want to stay there again. Friendly and welcoming staff and a huge room with a wonderful view of the sea. Lovely big bathroom too. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is full of character and reminded me of holidays of my childhood. It was a very welcome change from some of the.impersonal and modern hotels I have stayed in.

The food was absoloutely magnificant, the best I have had for a very long time.The decor and feel of the place is perfect. I would definately go there again. - I liked the rooms the best. They were very clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
