we made this booking as were working away, this was the first time we had opted to accommodate the guys in a serviced apartment and it worked brilliantly, the apartment was clean well equipped and it meant the guys had the comforts of home whilst working away. have already booked a second weeks stay. -

The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We were staying with a large family group who were all attending a family wedding in Petersfield. We had quite a few young children in our group and we thought that the pub was very family friendly and had good facilities for young children. I would highly recommend this pub. What a wonderful place to stay. If we come back to the New Forest we will return to this beautiful and friendly cottage - there really isn't a need to look anywhere else!

Our stay at Wayside Cottage was delightful. The cottage and gardens were beautiful and our hosts were friendly and welcoming. Care to detail is a hallmark of this B&B with biscuits/chocolates provided when we arrived and homemade bread and honey available for breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and varied. Walking distance to the shops. A shame I didn't get the name of the other manager or other members of staff on duty cos they were all really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Elizabeth House Hotel. Our double room was lovely, very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, in particular the young lady who checked us in at the front reception desk. A really charming, quite compact independent Hotel, full of History, run by very helpful and friendly staff in a superb location with a suitably informal feel to it. and reasonably priced for what is on offer. Worth noting that the prices here were NOT opportunistically increased during the Goodwood Revival, unlike most other establishments. Very heartening.
