Rooms are basic, clean and ideal for a night or two can't fault.

The room was clean, sunny with a great view of the garden and New Forest beyond. All staff had a great rapport with each other and the guests.   Friendly staff, super meals, comfortable beds and lovely old building, yes it was slightly tired, worn carpets ect.., but if I wanted modern and new I would have booked another hotel. There was lashings of hot water, heating on full, crisp white linen on beds and duvets.
