The accommodation was spacious clean and with remarkable views. The
location was perfect for what we wanted. The breakfast provisions and
the complimentary wine were an added bonus. The staff could not have
been more helpful. The free parking and the excellent location meant we
could park the car when we arrived and not use it again till we left.

In Portsmouth for 3 days,location was superb within easy walking distance of the Historic Dockyard, restaurants and shops. Fantastic views from the apartment which was on the 12th floor and very modern. Car parking was very secure and free. We would definitely book this accommodation again loved it.

This hotel is beautiful. It is extreamily well presented and by far the best hotel I have stayed in. There is a gorgeous log fire as you enter the reception. The room was more like an apartment and had a fabulous spar bath and more charactor then you can imagine. I would recomend this hotel to everyone as it is perfect. Simply enchanting - Food exc

The initial reception was excellent and friendly. The staff were very attentive and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond reproach. A good base for a family trip to Southampton for our son's graduation. Roomy kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for family to spread out and relax. Balconies and fans to ventilate the apartment during very hot July weather were a godsend. Close to a good variety of restaurants for celebration meals. -

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Mike & Mandy. The room (annex) was cosy, clean and comfortable. As breakfast is left in the fridge in the room, we could help ourselves when we wanted it, rather than having to get up for a certain time in the morning. Great time and a very good idea. We had a very relaxing weekend stay and the owners made us feel at ease and very welcome. The hot-tub, at night, with a bottle of champaigne was a real highlight. The whole experience is very cute and the cabins are very clean and comfy.

We enjoyed the spa and also found the attention to detail and service by the staff to be of a very high quality. We were pleased that the rate offered meant that we were able to visit a hotel we had long wanted to visit. - Staff very friendly without being overpowering, food excellent, spa facilities very good.
