Could not fault it for lovely staff, fantastic food, value for money, room was great although a little too much furniture for the size of room, lovely view of the gold course from the furnished terrace (bit cold to sit out in December ha!!) comfy bed and really slept well and unlike most hotels the room was not too hot so you could not sleep!! Room was excellent, with a massive bathroom! Bed was very comfortable. the room I stayed in was in one of the lodges- a very short walk away from the main hotel- they are single-floor, chalet style and are very quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very wide variety of choice.

Staff disponible 24h/24. - Excellent rates and genuinely nice staff and very helpful. Very easy to get to.No complaints. The plug sockets needed lifting a little as some charger plugs can be a difficult large size but it did not cause a problem and staff were very nice and charged my phone for me and said the plugs were going to be lifted. Came to Birmingham for the Footman James Classic Motor Show and decided to stay on an extra day to sightsee. This hotel was the perfect place for us. Would definitely stay here again and r - A well positioned hotel in the delightful Brindley place close to the canal street development with its variety of shops, fine restaurants and cultural centres. The hotel is well designed with well appointed and good sized rooms. Despite its position it is very quiet. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

This was the 2nd occasion that we have stayed at the Hotel and we really enjoyed it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hogarths. - The hotel is so relaxing and has a lovely set up. The staff are excellent and very friendly.

central location - I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel. Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant. Being a vegetarian, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel in Oldbury. Is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and well trained. Breakfast is good and the proximity of KFS and Lakeside make it the best for my kids!!!
We will be back soon. -

Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.
The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to
overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall,

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! -

Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.
