Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here

My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

Ican remember when you were standing 6 deep to get served for lunch soplease get it right again also I dont know weather its the credit crunchbut little things that show good touches are missing like night drinksbiscuites you might not use them but they were there if needed and itslittle touches that count - friendliness of staff. lovely room. good
