The rooms ate spotless very comfy beds you have freeview tv , free wifi , tea& coffee faclities ensuite shower room & the breakfast is beautiful we didnt eat for the rest of the day

I thought the standard of the room and ensuite were excellent. It was tastefully decorated and there were plentiful supplies of refreshments and toiletries. The parking was on site and the location was perfect in terms of motorway and our onward plans. Breakfast was extensive and the proprietor was helpful and informative. I felt really comfortable here.

The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! -

This hotel was absolutely lovely and great value for money. I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out.

Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant. Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here
