As a lone female traveller I can sometimes feel a little uneasy in new places, but the staff were amazing! So friendly I instantly felt quite relaxed and at home there, very helpful and more than willing to put themselves out for you! I cannot praise them highly enough! Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Had plenty of pillows and you didn't have to ask for extras. Motel style a little different to what we are used to but at least it was quiet (no corridor doors slamming in the night).

Lovely place to stay, everything perfect. The lady who owns the b&b could not do enough for us,even with our fussy teenager! The breakfast was very well cooked and I would highly recommend. If we were in Solihull this is the place were i would stay again. -

This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast, location ( walking distance to Villa Park), friendly receptionist/waitress, price!
We were able to leave the car parked the day we left at a price of 3 pounds instead of taking car to Villa Park.
The room and bed were clean , as was the shower and toilet. This is what counts when you want a bed for the night!!!! -

I've stayed in Etap / Ibis hotels before, and this one is by far the best yet. Their reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel is immaculate - my room was faultless, comfortable, and had the cleanest ensuite facilities I have ever experienced. Bed comfort was very good, and external noise levels non-existent.

Great eating facilities on the door step, and cheap park -
The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about restaurants. Location was excellent for the nec and the airport is only about 100m away. Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent
